Kurt D. Dyer is dynamic leader, strategist, and change agent with more than 17 years of outstanding success in the construction industry where he has been involved in over $2 Billion worth of successful project transitions in both general construction and civil construction sectors. Kurt has worked with major national and local construction firms including Turner Construction, Structure Tone and MCM where he held critical positions in operations and business development. During his tenure in the construction industry he has worked for marquis clients including The Swire Properties, Blackstone and The Related Group.
In 2014, Kurt made the transition from the construction industry to private equity where he partnered with Panton Equity to successfully acquire and merge five advertising companies with an enterprise value of $50 Million to form the largest minority owned advertising company in the United States. After the completion of the merger, Kurt led the business development program for the company as Director of Business Development.
Kurt has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Accomplished Caribbean Americans in South Florida and is an alumni of Leadership Miami and recipient of the Success South Florida Magazine South Florida’s Top 40 Leaders Under 40 award.
Kurt holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Construction Management degree from Florida International University.
Kurt is married to Kimare Dyer and is the proud father of two sons, Dominic and Daniel.
